The Hacienda Summer House is a unique architectural marvel, inspired by the lavish lifestyle of the sea. The mansion, surrounded by water on all sides, projects an island-like space, complete with unique outdoor seating and extravagant pool area. The use of copper and specific red furniture pieces create a striking contrast, highlighting the diversity harmonized in the space.

What sets this mansion apart is its identity, derived from luxurious sea life. The interiors, adorned with iconic furniture pieces and artwork by renowned artists, reflect the persona and character of each family member. The color palette, dominated by neutrals and white, is occasionally punched up with bright, bold colors, adding to the contemporary style interiors.

The realization of this design required meticulous attention to detail, especially in the selection of materials. The use of wood, copper, and marble, combined with elements of nature, resulted in an aesthetic that mimics a lavish boat-like mansion. The landscape, in harmony with shades of blue, contributes to the overall feeling of serenity, while the abstract selection of some furniture pieces adds a distinctive touch.

The project, started in February 2019 in North Coast, Egypt, was completed in just 65 days, a testament to Saad's efficiency and dedication. The design, covering a land area of 1690 square meters, with a ground floor area of 295 square meters and a first-floor area of 340 square meters, is a perfect blend of bold, trending, detailed, serene, contemporary, daring, playful, vibrant, and chilled elements.

The Hacienda Summer House is designed to provide its residents with a wholesome beach retreat, maximizing access to the sea view. The open space, coupled with modern luxury, ensures a relaxing ambiance of comfort. It is a sanctuary, a retreat, and a testament to Hany Saad's remarkable expertise and innovation in architecture and design.
